We've had our Macaw 25 years and got her as a baby. Dr. Sakas saved her life with an intricate surgery a few years ago. He has been her only doctor and he and his wonderful, caring staff have kept her healthy so we can enjoy the fruits of their labor. We drive from Schererville, Indiana, to Niles Animal Hospital and have always been given consideration in appointments because of that distance. If I could give a 100* review I would and they would deserve it. No one better anywhere. Fortunately, we found the best in Dr. Sakas and have always been grateful to him for his expertise and genuine kindness.

We've been multiple dog owners for almost 30 years and have never had such exceptional treatment as we have at Niles Animal Hospital. The entire staff feels like "family," and everyone has been very caring toward us and our animals. The veterinarians and technicians are very knowledgeable and experienced, and follow-up is excellent. The facility is very clean, but in need of some modernization and updating (even tho the animals don't seem to care!) We are so sold on these fine professionals that we travel from the south side of Downers Grove all the way up to Niles just so they can be seen by the very best!

We've brought our dogs to NAH for many years. We have always loved Dr Sakas, but lately, we've had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Staunton. He is so charming and yet, no-nonsense. Best of all, no waiting! In-and-out in a flash. Just another reason to keep loving NAH.
