Great old school gun store they buy sell and trade when other stores just sell .the inventory changes fast the laway program makes it easy to get what you not what you can afford

Hit or miss service, over the years ive dumped a few grand here and interacted with a couple Very helpful, Very polite employees here, specifically a younger man recently and a retired officer. If they were the only employees i would probably stop by to browse more frequently. But the fact that i might have to deal with one of the other employees keeps me away. The owner or owners son frequently acts like you arent worth his time or just pretends you dont exist, or if he disagrees with something you say ive heard him straight up just snobbishly tell people they didnt know what they were talking about as if hes the ultimate authority on the subject with no possible room for error. And theres a woman who has been needlessly rude when i was asking for assistance to pay off the remaining balance of a gun for my Dad as a fathersday gift. When i explained what i needed help with, her initial response by itself "well i dont know you, and i dont know who your dad is, so.. what do you want?" Would have been enough for me to walk out if i was there for myself. I dont go there too much anymore cause im sick of playing the, 'i hope one of the polite employees is in today' game.

Great local shop, they go out of their way to help the customer. Gunsmithing takes a while, but that's the case everywhere, if you want a quality job.

STAY AWAY! Went looking for a MP 9 Pro. Was talked into a Glock 34 promising that it can be changed to left handed. The owner has been putting me off of over six weeks. Talked to another Glock Dealer and they said it couldn't be changed.

I have purchased several items from the Firing Pin in Niles. I must say, the team is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Cam is top notch. Thank you for being there.
