For a business, the service is spotty. Too often, the trash doesn’t get picked up, for whatever reason, yet they don’t have any problem raising the rates on a regular basis. The cost for the service is way too high. I guess they know people need the service, so why not milk the customer for all they can. So disappointing.

I'm extremely happy with Michiana Waste...wouldn't change

they are not good ! over the last year I have not had my trash pick up at least five times but still have to pay because they pick extra the next week and they got a excuse for everything this week the drive quit . hot weather and stinky trash is not good and I told them I wanted it pick up because I have a lot. . it never happens I will be looking in to some place else.so I advise you to choose some one else .they want there money but don't give great servise .

I was searching for Michiana Waste, a local company in Mishawaka, IN, and intstead I get these guys from Michigan. Michiana Waste has been around for decades, think of a new name!

Started pickup a week late (but was still charged), then was told I could have a "double pickup" since they missed the first week - and was subsequently charged for "double pickup". They've also spilled trash in my yard several times and left tire tracks in the yard. But, they did empty the dumpster about 75% of the time, so I guess they have that going for them.

The worker who came to our street today really went out of his way to pick up extra unbagged material left out by the street and took some extra things of ours when I asked. He was very friendly and professional!

People are nice but not good at math. As a previous review said, they would charge the missed first time pick up for some reason("the trash can is holding two-week trash"). And even I started my service in the middle of a month, they charged a full month." If referred by a friend, both of you and your friend will get one month free." is a joke, at lease to me.

I was in bed sick and failed to get the canister out to the curb. The driver took the time to retrieve it himself to empty it. Not many people these day's would go the extra mile like that!
