I reserved a tent for a graduation party, but didn't realize I had to get utility lines marked until 2 days before our party. When I called to confirm the reservation, Michiana Rental asked if I had the lines marked. I mentioned no one told me to do that when I paid (though the website does have instructions to that effect on the home page menu). I called 811 to get that done and was worried about not being able to get the tent up. Daniel at Michiana Tool called me the morning of the delivery and gave me a free upgrade to a frame tent just to be safe. Additionally, the men who set up the tent were very nice and hard-working.

Rip off artists!!! Had to pay even though I gave 24 hour cancelation notice and they had several other power washer that were not being rented. Will never do business here again!!!

I am a landscaper and they maintain their equipment better than any company in Michiana. They also are very friendly and helpful when using new tools giving proper instruction. I will not rent from any one else. I have been doing landscaping related work for 30 years and there is nothing better than having equipment and people that rent it you can count on. I have been renting from them for many years, and look for many more to come.

I'll be brief. Tried them this year to the tune of $700 and would not recommend. T9 diesel 4X4 loader and backhoe, walk-behind trencher, mini diesel track loader. Trencher worked find, T9 showed up 3 gallons low on hydraulic fluid. Shut us down. We had to wait for mini loader while it was being fixed in the back (allegedly wiring). Mini loader leaked excessive oil, including the jobsite's brand new paver driveway, lost accessory control handle twice, typical for rentals, but the best part was to receive a bizarre phone call by the manager after all this, and directly accused of breaking a glowplug or button(not sure which) and not telling them. I told him that we did not break anything, and if we did, how did we get a 4 thousand lb machine off our trailer w/o starting it. I thought it was a joke at first, but he kept repeating himself.

I have rented numerous times and the equipment is amazing.

When you search for this company online their company name and slogan "If you need it ... WE RENT IT" comes up. That is a total lie. They are VERY limited in the tools that they have. I called for a specific tool and they referred me to AAYS Rental in Mishawaka, because they didn't have what I needed!! One thing to keep in mind. If you reserve something and you call and cancel your reservation not matter what notice you give them they will charge you $25. I will never rent from this company again, or should I say try to. First call from now on AAYS Rental.

I've rented several things from this company in the past and never had anything bad to say. I rented the log splitter a few times and a tiller, and maybe some other things and they all worked well.

Went there to rent a sewer snake to unplug my kitchen sink. When I was so surprised that the young man who waited on me even came to my house and helped unplug my kitchen sink. NOt too many places I can think of that would be so willing to help. Thank you Michiana Tool Rental, I will be back again.

Rented here before the guy there are helpful, Respectful, and Curtious. They answered all question and concerns even helped me load and unload my vehicle! Michiana Tool Rental guys keep up the hard work!

I have rented a chainsaw from here before it worked great! They explained to me how to use the chainsaw clearly before loading it up into my vehicle.They informed me that if I were to have any problems with my rental they have a 24/7 service line I could call and a mechanic would come out asap to fix it. :) They were very helpful, Knowledgeable about what they do and have pretty much everything you could think of to rent, plus it was very easy and fast to rent from them. :D

I have rented several things from this company and they have always been very helpful. They suggested a couple of things that made the job i was going to do easier - just by using a different tool. Very knowledgeable!

Avoid at all cost! They must have plenty of money given what a jerk the manager (owner?) is... It would be a good location to open a quality tool rental company.
