The ladies in the office are very kind and caring. Dr. Brandt on the other hand is a disrespectful fool who treated me terribly. I had a dog who was hours from death and that idiot questioned my finances and called me a liar or "fishy" as he called it when I took her there to drop o her off for 3 days of post op monitoring. Truth be told, he was mad that I took he to an emergency clinic for surgery and they got my $2000 instead of him. He questioned where I got the money to pay them and laid in to me about an outstanding balance of $42 I had there. If he'd done some research before action like a fool he would have seen I had already paid it. Very disrespectful and condescending man. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy there.

Been going to a nearby clinic since i was little and as much as I've appreciated them they don't even compare to Dr. Brandt! My mare was sick for weeks and would get better, then worse and finally we took her to Dr. Brandt who took us in at the last minute. After 3 days of staying at the clinic she was eating again and was on her way to recovery that was 4 months ago now and we/she have never looked back! The Dr. and staff were so supportive and we have ourselves a new family vet :)

Horrible. Disorganized. Will never diagnose anything correctly. Will overcharge and have innacurate billing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The most disorganized vet I've ever encountered. We trusted our Horses to this clinic, never again!!!

i had my cat for 18 years and i had to have her put down just because i had not been there before they charged me $30.00 on top of the other charges, they did not tell me about that charge when i called them to ask how much it would be SHAME ON YOU to take advantage of people like that

Have been going to this vet for a few years and while I like the staff and the care my animals received, for the past 6 months I can never get an appointment unless it literally weeks out. When you have a sick animal you shouldn't have to wait weeks. The only suggestion they gave me was to come in as and "emergency" so I can pay them more money for the same treatment. Very diappointed in the lack of care an compassion these people have.

My pookie sue (doggie) who just turned 1 on 11/16/13 suddenly became ill. I got home at 4:30am from work and she didnt meet me at the door. I knew something wasnt right and have stayed up all morning watching her when her tongue stuck out and her breathing slowed I knew I needed a vet and on top of it all the roads are icy with snow and its Sunday in Niles. I call this vet after looking up a vet on yp see the review call and am told that he os closed on sunday. my heart sunk and I am scared I am losing my dear companion when the lady asked is this a emergency and I said yes I was told to hold and the vet gets on the phone I tell what symptoms is happening and he says how far are you from the office? I said I am about 4miles. He responds be here in 15 mins. I was and I say how much do I need to get to get her in and he says I am not worried about payment cost I need to care for pookies well being first. I was already stressed over her well being but I knew right then that my beloved pookie was in good hands. I had to pay my last vet 1589.00 up front before they would help and I paid it but because care wasnt giving immediately because they were worried about money I lost her that day. 3hrs. and 1,589 later I went home and baried her. so today I wait patiently about pookie but even so I know pookie is in safe caring hands and everything seems less stress. To be honest I wish my own doctor was more like pookies. lol.

The only vet Ive been to that cares for your pet more than how you're going to pay. Very friendly and professional. Will be returning with all my pets. Very grateful to have such great vet service for my pets. :)
