Provided by YPmobilePurchased a cable from the owner, when he told me the price i said it was high and showed him the same oem cable on ebay for almost half. Unfortunately i needed it after waiting for it to come in. I should have bought it via the internet. I try to support local but it's crap like this that doesn't allow it.

Provided by YP.comI brought my mower and trimmer here 2 times. Both times they didn't fix them. Then I had to argue with them and they told me to get out of there store and don't come back so I went to this guy off of cherry St and he was able to fix them. Never bring your equipment to deans they have bad service and they over charge.

I was recently in the market for a new riding mower, I stopped in to Deans outdoor power equipment with a few questions on the cub cadet line of mowers, all of my questions were answered and I was told about the different purchase options. I purchased my new cub cadet about 2 weeks after my first visit and everyone i encountered was very friendly and willing to help, it was a great experience compared to shopping at a big box store. I would definitely recommend them for because of the personal service and knowledge of there product

Provided by YP.comI had to respond to the two ridiculous reviews I just read. I spend a good deal of time in their store as I am in the landscape business. These folks are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable . They always go out of their way to help in all my lawnmower needs. I would highly recommend them for parts and service

Provided by YP.comThe staff at Dean's OPE is very rude and the service men are dishonest! If you take in a warranty item, plan on paying money to get it fixed! They will find a way to tell you that you did something to the equipment and charge you to fix it. This happened to me. I told them I didn't want them to fix my equipment and that I would take it somewhere else. When I went to pick it up I had to wait at the counter for 30 mins., then when I got waited on the employee went into the back of the shop to get my equipment. When he came back up the front he says "next customer". I said "where is my equipment"? He told me "outside", which is in the rain. When i walked outside in the rain to get my equipment there was a plastic bag strapped to my equipment. What is in the bag you ask, my carburetor, nuts, bolts, gas tank, and plastic casing to my engine. IGNORANT! To get my equipment fixed I took it to Whites Farm Supply in Atwater, Ohio where they checked the unit over and replaced my equipment under warranty. Why couldn't Dean's OPE cover my equipment under warranty? Because they are trying to double dip and get my money and the warranty money!
