The River View Roost is in a league of its own when it comes to lodging in Alaska. We stayed at 5 different lodges from the Kenai, North through Anchorage and up to Denali and will never forget the stay and service that we received at River View. Thank you for making our cabin a home away from home.

Incredible views 2nd only to the Grand Canyon. Salmon. Eagles, Bears, Moose along the river below. Great hospitality and nice, new, clean accommodations. Going to schedule our wedding on the bluff overlooking the river.

The riverview roost provides an amazing view, excellent amenities and the best service in the entire Kenai Peninsula. A true home away from home with all of the luxuries that you need to make your stay successful. Great experience!!

The place is basically kind of like a mother-in-law apartment above their garage. It's really cozy, brand new, all kinds of cute little touches that the owner's thought of. All of the kitchen seasonings were already there including dishes. We just brought the food. One bedroom has a full size bed I believe, the second bedroom/loft area has two twins and a full also. It was more than we could ask for and the owners are really really nice. We will stay there any time we end up in ninilchik. The rates are really affordable too, great deal compared to other not-as-nice places in the area. Their website is http://www.riverviewroost.com.
