I called this morning first thing to find out about ordering a portable counter top washing machine for an RV. When I looked up on-line where I could purchase one Trailer Hitch RV came up under RV supplies. The woman that answered the phone was not nice at all. She was my first contact with this establishment and she was not wanting to go out of her box to look up, find, order or try to help accomodate me. Her attitude was crap. I would not call back because of her crabby morning personality. She had NO interest except in proving me wrong. Her tone was intimidating and just not nice. Poor customer phone service. Very disappointing.

I have to thank my wife for gently insisting that we buy this trailer. I had my eye on the new master craft and visions of late afternoon glass at the lake but she convinced me that we would get more use out of a camper (I prefer a tent). We stated our RV shopping at the Pomona show this year. We found a Kodiak trailer that we both loved but it was $40000 and we still felt that we needed to look around more and make sure we were going to get the right one. After a couple trips to some of the dealers by my sisters house in Bakersfield we almost called it quits. Then we found the trailer hitch. We were surprised to find the same Kodiak trailer that we saw at the show for $32000. We jumped on it hook, line and sinker. Great price and service, would recommended.

We drove from San Jose to buy our new Elk Ridge fifth wheel on 6/30/2012. Mike was great and handled all of our questions before we committed to buy. We were able to find a slightly better price on the installation of the maxxair vent covers online but wound up having them put them on for us. The thing we liked the best was that our email inquiries were answered quickly when we first contacted them with questions about the brand and options. We had emailed several other dealers looking for the best price at the time. Some never even responded.
