We were at the end stage of buying a REO property and the bank was sending out their final inspector to inspect the home. In order for the house to pass it, the heat must work. The day before the inspector was to arrive, it was brought to our attention that the propane tank was missing. I called Central Gas and asked for them to do something nearly impossible, to deliver, set and fill a propane tank to a rural house that very day. Central Gas called me at 6pm (it was dark and after hours i'm sure) that night while at the REO house to let me know that they just finished setting the tank. They are AMAZING and now have one proud and dedicated new customer.
