I was very pleased with my cut and loved how friendly everyone was. I booked with Katrina and will be going back.

They double-booked my appointment with Brittany, and 30 minutes after my appointment time, I was STILL waiting, without service or an explanation. They didn't call me to reschedule, or apologize when I had to leave (I had to pay a babysitter to watch my baby and drive 45 minutes to make my appointment, and my sitter couldn't watch my child after the allotted time.) Horrible customer service.
