Provided by YPmobileA friend bought me a Groupon for a full highlight, cut, and deep conditioning (that I never got.) The owner, Lynn Vermont, was doing my hair. First, she was 15 mins late to my 8:00 appt so I had to wait in my car until she unlocked the door. After my appt I left and thanked her for her work, but once getting home and fixing my hair, I noticed several places that weren't done well. My bangs were left with about 4 inches thick of brown (when I got a full foil with blonde) and there is a place in the back that is cheetah print. I called Lynn the next day and she agreed to fix my hair. I showed up to my appt and waited 25 mins and she was a no-show. Didn't get a call or anything saying she wouldn't be there and her employee apologized on her behalf, so I left, rather aggravated, and left her a note to call me. Well, she never called. When I finally got ahold of her se accused me of "threatening her employees" and hung up on me, THREE times!!! She said she did all she was going to do, even after agreeing to fix my hair, and hung up on me again. This place is extremely unprofessional and I would encourage anyone to go else where to receive the care they deserve! If I could post pictures, I would!
