I had a terrible experience at The Loft. I bought a Groupon for a manicure & pedicure. First, I noted that the files and tools used appeared to be old and used. Second, the polish job was sloppy and looked very unprofessional. Honestly I could have painted my own nails better than this "professional". Lastly, the owner's husband came in while I was receiving my service and used profane language and used a sexual orientation slur several times. I have never been so unimpressed by a business in my life. Save your money & go else where.
