The local postal carrier ruined a valuable piece of mail by folding it in half and shoving in my mail box. My wife went to ask if anything could be done about it and the Post Master laughed at her (I was listening on the phone). The Post Master said it didn't have "Do not bend" written on it. I get that, but this took some effort to bend in half and even more effort to shove in my mail box. Unreal! What is wrong with people?
We called the publishing house where it was printed and they were shocked that anyone would try to bend the package (thy packed it and know how big it was and how it feels). We are thankful that they are replacing the presentation chart free of charge and will be talking with the postal division in St Louis.

The post master is rude, not helpful, condescending, etc. She acts without forethought and seems to forget that the S in usps stands for SEVRICE, it does not stand for power trip. I will be using the friendly Norman post office or i will drive to Purcell. Filing complaints gets you nothing.
