I have never experienced a worse service than Comcast.my bill runs 146.00 per month.I'm charged for home phone lines I didn't want and don't use.I also pay 5.95 I think monthly for service protection,which is bs.I've been trying to talk to someone all week about my service being out.Today I finally asked to speak to a supervisor.I was told no 3 times I finally insisted at which time I was placed on hold listening to recordings of offerings of free gift cards for people youd recommend to pick up this service.

In my opinion they don't take care of the customers they have why would I refer anyone else? I've been waiting 5 hours the supervisor never did return my call.

They get away with the lack of service due to being the only cable company to provide service to this area unless you get dish networks.

This is a pitiful service outrageous fees for minimal channels and impossible to speak to anyone for help.I highly recommend everyone to check out other options as I'm in process of doing.
