WHERE ARE THE TICKET PRICES???

no option to talk to an actual person if you have questions...the website was vague about certain show times (midnight showings)...not impressed with the phone options at all...

i love this theater because of the upstairs coffe room and being able to have the choice between an imax theater and a regular theater!!!

I love the Hamilton 16 IMAX! Why? The prices are cheeper than most movie cinemas(Great Escape). Students, like myself, also recive a student discount! There are free refills on drinks and popcorn as well, which is great!! Personally, i dont see any issue what so ever with the new IMAX!

I was surprised to read the reviews of the Hamilton 16 theatre. I love it. New, big, clean, safe, with atmosphere and a great waiting lounge....As far as showtimes, the number to call is 708-3600. Its a great system that gives you times to the movie you're interested in....not the whole list. Very convenient. Its also convenient to get in and out.

All theatres have a wesite and an answering service. I agree with the others, how can you find a movie when you can't find any info about what is running.

They have no website to view titles and show times. They also have no recording to tell you the info you want to know. I called there and a man answered. This is usually a rarity in this day and age of everything being automated. When I asked the man what was showing he hurriedly shuffled around to find the answer to my question. He asked me what I was looking for. I told him I wanted something appropriate for children. He named two shows that were playing. One of them was also in the IMAX theater. I asked for the times for that one and he had to shuffle around again. If they want business they need to advertise. Join the current world and get a website. Make a recording of what you have to offer instead of bewildering someone by having us call there!

If you plan on going to any of the dollar movies this summer with your children, don't count on actually seeing the movie. Today we tried to see Water Horse and it was sold out. The dollar movie only plays in one theater. We will go back to the Regal Theater in Westfiled. Their movies for kids in the summer on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings are free and they have two movies showing at the same time. Hamilton Imax shouldn't be turning their customers away. Yes, I know the movie was only a dollar but, I have seen movies at full price and purchased items from the concessions. I am or was a regular customer. It's not like I just go see the dollar movies, besides they make it up on the concessions anyway.

Absolutely agree with first review...no online advertising as to what is showing or movie times...no one answering the phone...we will continue to support the Imax Theatre downtown and support the inner city restaurants...

as far as you service for the phones--its below average! no one ansered.it is hard to go to the shows if you don't know when they start or how much it is to get in!
