I believe that Kahlo Dealership is guilty of AUTO FRAUD because they lied to me about Canceling a Purchase Agreement. They have failed to refund me back my down payment or compensate me for the inconvenience & problems repossessing vehicle has caused. I believe that Kahlo practiced AUTO FRAUD (Bait & Switch tactics) because the minivan I bought was advertised online to have a leather interior & an entertainment system, but didn’t. Kahlo tried to sell me another minivan. When I complained about false advertisement of minivan, they installed an entertainment system in the minivan. Due to Finance Co. requiring a 2 yr. service contract, instead of a 1 yr. service contract that I asked for due to brakes repaired twice on minivan, Kahlo Finance Mgr canceled agreement with Finance Co. without consulting me verbally or writing.
Kahlo and Finance Co. violated the law by NOT notifying me in writing of their desire to cancel purchase agreement in 14 days after my having signed the contract.

This place sucks monkey balls there are some racist individuals they should go out of business i see the way they treat their emplyees i also see how they treat their customers this place has no morals ill nvr go back for anything

David A is a great sales man and they did great with the two vehicles they sold us.
