About Our Business Bill Stevens has been doing drywall since he was a teenager. That being many years ago, he has over 25 years experience in all areas of construction from installing drywall in newly built homes, to re-installing it in damaged homes. He has many years of experience doing difficult repair work and can match any texture you have. Bill started out doing business on his own in 2001 under the name Steven Drywall, Inc Stevens Drywall was a family business begun by Bill and Wendy Stevens in 2001. It had grown to 15 strong and was going very well, until the later part of 2008. The 2009 economy was finally more than the small business could bear and it was forced to close. Now don't get us wrong, Bill still has plenty of resources to do your job. Steven Drywall did win the Angie's List Super Service Award the last three years and the excellent workmanship hasn't changed a bit! Bill Stevens is not only the best in the trade, but his courtesy and respect will truly impress. Specializing in restoring damaged walls, he often does repairs after floods and plumbing leaks. Bill is an expert at difficult texture repairs and will take safeguards to contain dust and debris, removing it when the job is done. Another concern is mold. Mold can cause illness and is sometimes hard to eliminate. While Bill does not test for or warrant against mold, working side-by-side with Fire/Flood companies in central Indiana, he has become specialists in working in lived-in homes and in protecting the health of the homeowner and their property.
