This place is dirty and the water has lead in it and it's nasty my friend lives there and they have people in there getting by with subletting and the owner has to know it and drugs too. Some yards smell like sewer the state needs to take this away from the owner there is owners in there who own there own trailers who have pit bulls that is against the law too have and alot of them dogs run around there without the owner with no leash or tags on he raised the lot rent up an extra twenty dollars over his equipment and the people who live there are not responsible for that it's his own problem the owner of the park. People have been told in the next two to four years that place is not going to be there farmland is taking it he has too let people know this plus shutting off people's water he has too let the people in there know he is going to do that also not just shut it off while people are taking showers and washing dishes and clothes.
