They where very nice and helpful. I went there to send a fax and it was super quick and it only cost a couple dollars.

The owner of this store is a terribly rude & obnoxious jerk. The wife is completely "high and mighty." I refuse to give them anymore of my money.

This store deserves ZERO stars. Male employee quoted me a "worst case scenerio" price for shipping a bike, then 3 days later when I wanted to ship the bike, they could not fit the bike in a bike box and did not have 2 large boxes to ship it in. Is this not a box and ship place?! In addition, the "worst case scenerio" price was no longer and they wanted to charge me $100 or more for shipping now. When I spoke to owner, she made no adjustments and told me that "anyone with common sense would know that a quote is not what the price is going to be". She did not rectify the problem, is rude and a horrible business owner. I would NEVER go or advise anyone to go there EVER
