On vacation with my family. Recommended that we rent kayaks for a fun filled day from silent sport outfitters. (Considering i had a positive experience last time i rented here) unfortunately the manager (arrogant fat man behined the counter) was exceptionally rude and treated us very poorly. Did not respect our business so we decided to go elsewhere. I will never return to silent sport. Hope for the worst!

i went there a year ago, bought a paddle for my paddleboard that was supposed to be "one of the best"it since has bent.i went back this year to buy another paddle for a new board.not sure why!!!they are over priced,and the owner acts like the world revolves around him. hes totally arrogant,unhelpful, and just an all around old grouch!! To all the people in sarasota county, if this place is your only option to buy watersports gear,well then,im sorry.but if you can,utilize the internet before going to this business!!! NEVER AGAIN,will i give them a dollar of my money, im totally disgusted that I've spent as much as i have there
