Prompt, friendly, affordable. Explained all details so I could understand it. Gave me options for ways I could fix the problem. Plus, he was at my house the same day that I called.

Talk about your friendly service! My wife is very pregnant, and our a/c went out. I called seven companies, and nobody could get out to us right away. I left this owner a message, and he called me back withing 20 minutes. He came out to our house at 9:30 pm, and stayed until 11:30. I asked what made him willing to come out and help us out like that, and he said he has a wife, and she has been pregnant before. He wouldn't be able to sleep that night knowing my pregnant wife was hot and uncomfortable. By the time he left, our house was cool as can be. A HUGE thank you to Brian, the owner!

Wonderful service, wonderful people! The owner made sure he beat all of the other prices we had been quoted. He came and stayed late until all of the work was finished. Then he called to check on our satisfaction. WOW! :)

Their employees are very courteous & professional. They did a great job for us at a reasonable price! Would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

Not only did I get great service on my heating/air conditioning unit, I was shown how to keep it in good condition between service calls. I wasn't overcharged as I usually am being a single woman. The cost was better than I ever expected. Would recommend to anyone.

Brian is incredible. He is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He answered my first phone call. We set up an appointment for that week. He showed up when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the concern and fixed my HVAC issues. He truly enjoys what he does and it shows. His pricing is more than reasonable and he doesn't play the games that other companies do. I wish there were more companies out there that had his ethics and quality. I will use BWR again and again and will refer BWR to anyone looking for a specialist in this field.

The price they offered was more than half of everyone else I called. Also no one wanted to tell me or give me ideas of



what could be wrong with my A/C after I explained what it was doing. I guess they where just thinking I was going to do



the work myself... but BWR did. He was very confident and friendly. He scheduled an appointment days before anyone



else can come out, plus he called 1 hour before the appointment to confirm someone will be home. His job was very



clean and efficient and now I am keeping cool in Corona, CA. Thank you BWR Heating and Cooling!!! Thank you for all



that you did form our family to yours.

BWR made things right, another service company came out and what a nightmare. They tried charging me double what BWR Heating and Cooling charged me. I highly recommend anyone looking for there a.c.repairs to BWR Heating and Cooling. Very professional and hard worker wants every customer to have a working AC.

This company is great and had great response time and did not charge to much like most ac companies do, I would highly recommend this company to any one that needs great service in a timely manner.
