Throwing away customers property in your care, custody and control, punting of responsibility, lack of integrity and and boldface lies,..??!!



This is your first installment in my story on your complete lack of integrity, rude behavior, lack of responsibility for personal property, complete disregard for Care, Custody and Control and finally lies.



You loose my dually rims during the ownership transfer which was kept hush hush. Play dumb the first time I come in. blame the previous owners. Reconsider the second time I come in after discussing with your staff and then you, Jeremy (new owner) promises to make it right and ask for pictures of the rims so you can attempt to locate a pair/ or consider compensation amount.



Then you do not respond to the picture packet delivery for over a month. I deliver a second packet for your convenience, your manager calls you on my request and you tell me, thru your manager to leave it and give you some time.



I check back with your manager on Thursday before Thanksgiving and are told that its not your responsibility and there's nothing you will do.



I ask that he calls you, you are unreachable, he does not leave a message. I ask for you to call me and tell your manager that I will wait 24 hours for that call.



No callback as of today. Jeremy/ Norco Tires, I promise you, like I did in the beginning, that I will host this so easily resolved matter, in public view and doubt me not, in the end, all individuals and all corporations involved will end up in court if this is not resolved.
