The office looks great and staff friendly, HOWEVER I was so angry I walked out and it took all I had not to explode. My insurance includes 2 free cleanings per year. I had 3 top of the line crowns to replace some old ones at a cost of $3000 that I paid over and above what Insurance covered. Insurance is supposed to pay up to a certain amount for a particular procedure so it didn't occur to me that I was maxed out until I went to my second free cleaning and they told me I had to pay for it, luckily before the treatment. I asked how that could be and when they showed me my records, every time I went in they added on things I didn't ask for or require and never told me of the add'l costs. Then I was told I have gum disease and that's why the extra treatments. They never said anything about gum disease when giving me those treatments. I moved here a year ago and my prior dentist told me my teeth/gums were excellent. BTW, I'm still not able to bite down on those expensive crowns and it's been over a year. Hurts every time I eat. I only give them 1 star because I can't give any less and leave a review.

OK.....please beware.....I was charged $1400 last year for two crowns I had done. I called my insurance company, they said I was being over charged....I then filed a grievance......the insurance company sent me a letter stating I was overcharged $870 and I would be getting a refund. Hamner Dental Group in Norco, CA are thieves and I would not recommend them at all.
