I would not recommend All Pro Transmissions in Norcross to anyone. I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 4x4, they rebuilt my transmission in May of 2015, just after 7000 miles the transmission was not shifting properly and overdrive quit, I found the overdrive cable had come loose, also noticed one of the front drive shaft bolts not tight, it was cross threaded. The transmission began slipping so I took the truck back to All Pro Transmission and explained the problem, they agreed to repair it. I asked to see what parts were replaced, warranty reset and a new receipt, all denied. I drove the truck approximately 4000 miles since June of 2015. July 28, 2016 reverse went out. For the THIRD TIME, I returned to All Pro Transmission and explained the trouble she said she might work with me but if they had to rebuild it again they would have to charge me again.

Place has horrible customer service. Has the displeasure of dealing with Rick (current general manager) where I got the run around for 3 weeks on a warranty transmission job. Not once in the 3 week period was I contacted with any kind of status update in regards to my vehicle (not even when the car was finished). My transmission was rebuilt and it lasted for 6 months before I had to see them again. Trust me when I say if you're going in for warranty work, they're gonna put you on the back burner since they've already made their money off you. Avoid this place like the plague.

I am impressed! They did a great job with my transmission. Rick gave me a quote and when it was time to pay--that's exactly what it was. Everything was explained to me about my transmission. I was kept in the loop the entire time they had my truck. The staff was nice and friendly, and I didn't feel like I was being lied to and robbed.



If your car or truck needs some transmission work done, take it to these guys. I'm so glad the other three transmission shops I tried to go to couldn't do the job--but ALL PRO DID a fantastic job! They easily get 5 stars from me.

The business here is very good. They helped me tremendously, and gave me the opportunity to save money, by charging much less than other shops. They provided the repair my vehicle needed to last me at least another 5 years.

I have used them in the past and most likely will again in the future. I have found them to be honest and dependable.

All Pro Transmission was able to take my car in the same day I called and figured out the problem while I waited. Once they knew what was wrong they quoted me a price and time for it being done. That never changed. The car was ready ontime and drives like it used to, even better. They get my vote, Im pretty happy with the service.

I recently installed the M22 they worked over for me. The feel is very tight and solid. It feels like it could handle anything and does a great job on my small block stroker. The heavy duty parts they put in are doing their job. I liked dealing with them and was pleased with the good work and quick turnaround.
