Provided by YP.comI entered the store and started walking to the last isle on the left where my dogs' food was located and I slipped and fell and landed on my knee. The owner was in the next isle over from me less than 10 feet away and the employee behind the register was about 5 feet from me. I looked at both of them after falling and said that they needed to put some cones down because this area is slippery. They both ignored me and continued about their business. I was completely shocked by their lack of concern for a customer especially one that was obviously pregnant. After getting up I realized it was dog pee that I had slipped in. I pointed this out to them both and all they said was that they didn't know that it was there. Not once did they ask me if I was okay or if I needed some ice for my knee. At one point the cashier even admitted to seeing me fall and had the nerve to say that I was okay, insinuating that I was just be dramatic. After I continued to complain about their lack of concern and general customer safety the owner told me to leave his store or he would call the authorities. Falling when you’re pregnant is one of the scariest things that can happen to an expecting mother and being disregarded in such a cavalier way made the experience even more disconcerting.
This could have been resolved so easily by showing compassion and concern just by asking if I was okay and saying that they would send someone right over to clean up the dog pee. I am completely appalled and am disgusted by how these men treated me. I was a regular at this store and will never ever step foot in their establishment again. Fellow neighbors of mine have already shared stories of unpleasant experiences they have had at this store and with the owner in particular. They are going to continue to lose business and karma will be their worst enemy.
I just want to make others aware of the store's blatant disregard for customers' safety and wellbeing.

Provided by YP.comThis is a great place to take your dog if you don't mind leaving your dog with criminals and drug addicts. My mom had been taking her dog here, and I went to pickup one day for her.. Really surprised to walk in and find someone I know at the counter.. and he is supposedly the Assistant manager.. I know for a fact this person has been in jail for drugs and stealing. Clearly they don't do any background investigations on who they hire.. We will NOT be returning..

Provided by YP.comIf you are planning on boarding your dog at Camp Woof in Norcross please reconsider and find another facility that will actually watch over your dog and take care of them.
My dog was at this facility over the weekend and was attacked by another dog causing him to be taken to the vet for medical attention. When we were notified of this they told us that he was bitten on the ear but when picking him up you could clearly see that he was attacked at the neck. This isn’t the only thing that I was mad about but what angers me the most was the staff and how they handled us.
I was told that the dog that attacked him had other incidents that “Boarder Lined” him from being removed but the staff failed to do anything about it until after my dog was attacked.
My dog will NEVER go there again and I just hope that all of you considered my incident before taking your dog to this facility.
