Top reasons why to NEVER live here!!! I would rather live in an extended stay hotel!



1. maintenance is terrible you have to call repeatedly just to get the simplest thing fixed or threaten to talk to the Manager

2. Roaches, ants, and other unknown pests!

3. neighborhood children are ignorant and have no home training what so ever using profanity no less.

4. residents act as if they don't have licenses to drive and I everytime I walk out of my apt it seems like there is a new scratch

5. apartments are poorly renovated why do I have 2 knobs labeled for hot water on my kitchen sink? ridiculous! It's hard to beleieve condos are right next door!

6. Police is out here like every week

7. you can hear everything in your neighbors apartment. Its so thin you can hear the washer/dryer running upstairs

WHEN YOU THINK OF FOUR SEASONS...THINK OF FOUR LEGGED CRITTERS AND WATER DAMAGE. I moved to this community in June 2009..my first night I had ants coming out of unsealed cracks in the bathroom I complained to mgmnt and I was told its normal to have ants in your apartment this time of year..my second week my air condition stopped working on a Saturday I was told by mgmnt that I had to wait until Monday to get it fixed because maintance works Monday thru Friday unless it was an emergency!!! I decided I wasnt going to pay until everything was done correctly . I was hit with an legal eviction notice so much for justice!!!
