I went to the JBs about four years ago and it was my first experience of buying a used tire rather than a new tire. I needed a Goodyear Integrity to match the other three on my Toyota Highlander. The tech brought out about five correctly sized Goodyear Integrity tires and let me look at the tread and the date of the tire and the overall condition of the tires. I chose what I believed was the best tire and was in and out the door in about 10 minutes at a cost of $25. I was hooked. I have a small side business related to tires and I always go back to JB's for my tire needs. I still buy new tires elsewhere when needed, but I have used JB's at least 20 times over the last 4 to 5 years and have never been disappointed.

I went to JBs to get an oil change and tire rotation. Not only was the guy that helped me nice and helpful but I was in and out in less than 30 min. They looked to be decently busy and went in order with customers. They didn't try to over sell me on add ons which I respected. Will definitely be back again!

I went to this shop for an oil change . They did the oil for a good price but then i started to notice i had an oil leak when my was just fine before i did the oil change at there shop. Went to another shop to get it fix the mechanic at other shop told me i had no oil in my car not even 1/4 of oil left in my oil tank. He said who ever my oil change put a hole in oil my oil tank. So i will never go back to jb's shop ever again.

The owner bob is arrogant and rude do'not .I repeat do'not go and spent your money over there because if he so rude on phone just imagine how would be his service at store .I sow his add on Craigslist about set of tires i needed,I left them 2 messages never got a any answer finally I call him on Sunday and asked him why you guys don't return phone call since phone is the only place we can get in touch with you and he said he don't care and hangup on me
