They are awesome! I have been taking my E320 to them since I got it. If now has 370,000 miles. They do great work and are affordable. I love these guys.

These guys are incredible. I got a bad used car from a dealer and they are always helping me with issues that arise. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. I really appreciate all the help guys.

Another shop quoted me at over $5000 to change the transmission on my Mercedes. I took it to MBT for a second opinion and they were able to change the conductor plate for around $1000 and solve my problem. They really know Mercedes.

The last mechanic I took my Mercedes to charged me for all types of parts that still didn't fix my problem. It is so frustrating to pay good money and not have my problem fixed. They actually brought me in the bay and showed me what was wrong with my E Class and explained why it was causing those problems. They did it right the first time and I will not be gong anywhere else.

I went to them for a Service A and it was $100 less than the dealer. I am not going anywhere else.

I couldn't find anyone who could figure out why my convertible top wouldn't work on my CLK. They were able to diagnose and fix it in three days. These guys are the best!

They did a really good job on my S-Class. Very honest, affordable, and timely

David at Mercedes Tech for Mercedes is the man he fixed my car about 3 months ago and made it up and working again. Today I was stuck on the highway and I had my car towed to his shop.He showed the best service for my car and customer service that I have ever gotten with any mechanic shop. He fixed my car in no time an had me out that day. He also gave me refreshments while i was waiting. I approve everyone to go to his shop if you have any problems with you're Mercedes Benz he"s the man!!!

I took my Mercedes to them to have it worked on after my check engine light came on and my car started shaking. I really didn't want to go to the dealer and spend $1000 plus dollars as it seems I always do when I go to the dealer, but I was a little nervous about taking my car to an independent shop. After seeing the reviews online for Mercedes Benz Techs I figured I'd give them a try and they did a wonderful job. Fast, quality, friendly, and affordable service. They even allowed me to come in the bay and showed me my problems and explained them to me. I really appreciate the honesty and obvious genuine passion for their craft. I will not be going to the dealer anymore. Thanks guys.

I am new to Atlanta, GA and have been searching for a repair shop to fix a few things on my convertible Benz. After calling and getting quotes and diagnostic tests from a few other well known shops I found that the Mercedes Benz Techs in Norcross, GA were so affordable and most of all HONEST. I saved half the cost and time. These guys sure know what they are doing. I am so thankful and will be a return customer for sure!! If you need service or repair drive out to them and you will be happy you did.

the service i received at mercedes benz techs was perfect. they were very helpful, honest, and they didnt have me waiting all day. they also did an excellent job. i'd definitely recommend their service to anyone. their facility was very clean and they were very knowledgeable.

I can't say enough about this shop from the parts specialist that offered me a hug after learning that my mom was in ICU to the mechanic that showed me everything on my car as he worked on it. I stayed at the shop while the work was being completed and I had a chance to see first hand how much they care about there customers and the services they provide. You won't find a better Benz mechanic in Norcross.

I've had numerous Mercedes and these guys have saved me thousands of dollars in repairs. Be wise, see them first.. They are professional, courteous and the know what they are doing.

I cannot say enough good things about Mercedes Benz Techs. David is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes and takes the time to explain the issues with your car in layman's terms. For me, he also took the time to show me how things work on the car. I went in with a problem with my trunk and needing an oil change. He discovered and showed me some problems with two gaskets and the rotors. Since he showed me the problem, I know that he was not trying to run up the bill. Additionally, his costs are reasonable and he turns his work around quickly. I am very pleased with Mercedes Benz Techs and they will be my go to repair shop for my car.
