Absolutely the worst. Auto call Sunday tells me between noon and 4p.m./ I call them at 5pm, we will be there by 6pm, I call back at 6:30pm, be there within 30 minutes...no show or call. Call them the next day, my dryer is in their warehouse. They didn't know it wasn't delivered. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I wish i could leave a feedback without adding a star. Please avoid this dudes they are terrible, rude and insensitive. My order was from jcpenny, i called jcpenney to find out what happened to my order, i believe they called the delivery. This time the first delivery to be delivered on 23th , no call no show, they called to the following day after i call the jcpenney, jcp penny called them otherwise they would never called me. The rescheduled for another one more week to be 29th, again no show no call. I cslled jcpenney again, nothing much is happening till this minute. Am at the store and nothing is happening.

Why JCPENNEY us a huge company, why work with unreliable...?????!!!!
