Please please please!!!! What ever you do don't ever rent here. I read the reviews before going there and I thought, oh it will be ok because it was convenient. There are other places near by that you could rent from like budget rental at the corner of hwy 29. I wish now I had gone there. Below is the comment I wrote to the Uhaul company about their service. If you go there you will regret it!

This was the worst experience of my life. I rented a 24'' truck from the Uhaul store on Jimmy Carter. The service was absolutely horrible. I waited and waited, the line was out the door with only 2 sales reps helping.

When I got the truck it broke down on me at my house, luckily my neighbor had jumper cables to help return the truck to Uhaul. The last and final straw was when I was over charged on my miles. This truck read 27 miles when I only moved 8miles down the road. The manager would not give me my money back. I will never rent from Uhaul ever again and I will let all friends know not to rent there. Customer service is horrible, the reps treat you like your nothing and their rule. This was the worst experience of my life!!!
