Vision Computers shipped the wrong product. Staff did not communicate. They were unwilling to correct the problem. They would not work with the vendor to get the correct product delivered. After giving me the runaround for a week, they had only one solution send the product back for a refund. Then to add insult to injury, They called to say if their vendor not received the product back within 14 days they would not give me a refund. I ordered from vision since they were local and advertised on our local radio station. After my experience, I would not buy anything from Vision.

Vision Computers has taken fantastic care of all my computer needs since 1998. As my business has grown my rep, Ruby (sold me the first system in 1998) has been great to stratagize future upgrades and how to maximize cost of systems and their compatibility with the ongoing changes in the computer industry. It nice to know you can have speed and reliability with a system built locally by people you can talk to when you need to. The tech support has always been only one phone call away the few times I needed them and their ability to log onto your computer right then and resolve the problem has saved me many dollars with no down time. What goes on after the sale of the computer system (ACTUAL SUPPORT) has been more important than what the actual system cost. This is a value added item not found on the receipt that you cant find anywhere else. I dont have time to keep up with my business and know what happening in the computer world. It a lot easier to just call Ruby Dunlap at Vision Computers. She and Vision have save me countless dollars on what I dont know about computers.

Your website is Awesome. I really like the info videos. I walked through the buying process step by step but I needed advice so I called. It truly was nice to speak with a representative that was knowledgeable, polite and patient. Jeremy Eidson walked me through buying both a desktop and a laptop - one component at a time. Vision Computers is the BEST source for my computer needs. During the past few years, I've purchased two desktops and a laptop from Ruby Dunlap at Vision and anticipate investing in another laptop later this year. Since purchasing my first computer from Vision in Feb,1999. I have purchased three more desktops and three laptops for myself and my family from them, plus several upgrades as the technology advanced. Ruby Dunlap will always take time to work with you to see if an upgrade makes sense as opposed to a replacement.

Vision calls me a loyal customer but you don't become one of those unless you are completely satisfied with the product and the service.

Three year warranty, competitive pricing and great service. Thank you Ruby.

I buy from Vision exclusively!

I'm a technology consultant that recommends and provides computers and IT services to small companies around the northern Atlanta area. Ever since I met the people at Vision Computers, I have been buying exclusively from them for the great warranty service, local access to replacement parts, and not having to spend hours on the phone trying to prove what I already know is wrong with a computer when it needs service.

I haven't had to test Vision's warranty policies too often since they build machines with quality parts instead of bidding out to the cheapest vendor, but there were a few instances where a part has gone bad, but it's nice to be able to walk in to the store with a defective part and walk out with a replacement.

Keep up the GOOD JOB

I completely endorse the great customer service that was given to me upon my recent visit to Vision Computers. I had walked in with a Dell laptop, which was running extremely slow, and Vision fixed that problem very efficiently. My computer was returned to me like it was brand new.
