Had the absolute worst and most rude experience with this restaurant. They constantly stick flyers in my door so I decided to order from them. The first time my order was wrong but I decided to give it another shot. My car isn't working so I ordered dinner after working all day and the guy who answered couldn't understand me and hung up then I called back and placed my order and waited an hour and there was no food. I called back and was told my order was in the way and when I asked for a discount the guy volunteered to cancel my order instead of discount then he hung up.I was starving and had already waited an hour so I asked him to not cancel and stated I would wait. Another 40 minutes went by and I called again and he stated the driver was busy and that they had a bunch of far away orders and that he is on the way, I once again stated that it's been an hour and 40 minutes and that I am being provided bad customer service. The guy on the phone said then order somewhere else and hung up. I called back and asked why he hung up because I have been calm and have not been rude. He said I can order American food or I can wait. I stated I would wait but would not be ordering from them again. He cancelled my order again and hung up. Every time I called back he would say something and hang up. I called about 10 times. They wasted almost two hours of my time and still didn't bring my food. WORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECIEVED. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will be filing a grievance against this terrible place.
