Complete rip-off! This place charges $80 for pick-up/return of a snow blower (my house was a mere 6 miles away), plus $35 for diagnosis. I was $115 in the hole even before any work began. The guy then quoted me another $220 to replace an auger belt which he said the price was "not negotiable ". I refuse to give my business to this place so I paid him the $115 just for him to return the equipment without having anything fixed. Stay away from this place.

I had been going to the foxboro lawn and power shop near Feresteins. But that place has changed hands alot recently and the most recent "operators" have not attended basic customer service training. So I've had with that place. I called Crowleys and the person answering the phones was very cordial and knowledgeable and welcomed my business. They are friendly! Now I wonder why I never considered them for service before. They diagnosed the problem with my rider mower and explained the options for fixing it. Now...we finally got snow over the weekend....I'm sure the phones were busy but I called to get my snowblower tuned up...and I got the same nice...friendly .....tone of voice on the phone. Refreshing these days! And we'll be dropping the machine off later today.......no problem!
