The landlord does not respond to needed repairs and the halls and staircases are FILTHY! When you move in be sure to record EVERYTHING dirty/damaged and make sure to have the landlord be there for a walk through when you move out because she will lie about everything to keep your deposit. My son NEVER used his stove top and she charged him for burners that didn't work. It's cheap but you get what you pay for....or less!

This building is cool and affordable but if anything breaks, forget about it being fixed. The people who rent this place are slumlords to say the least. I had to deal with mold, a flooding kitchen, keys being left in the hallway by landlords, etc.
