I reserved a car to be picked up at 9:30 am and did so on CarRentals.com. I entered my name and phone number and received a confirmation code. When I showed up that morning, the staff was nowhere to be found--turns out she was behind the building smoking at my scheduled time to pick up the car so I paced around the office waiting for her to show up. When she did finally come in, she informed me that a car wasn't available until 3 that afternoon and that they would have called me but they didn't have a phone number. She asked for my number but I needed a car that morning so when she would have called me at 3, I would have been hours away. I will never rent a car from this location and don't recommend it to anyone else either. Satisfaction rating = 0 of 10.
