Big Salt replaced the engine on my boat. The work was poor which resulted in bearing, timing and other failures which they refused to look at or warranty. The management is very friendly until they find out it's a warranty call them they refuse to honor their work and are extremely rude. They refused to even look at the problem without a credit card. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in 30 years of boat ownership. Stay away and wait a week for someone reputable if that is your only option. Totally dissatisfied.

Be aware of Big Salt Marine. They do poor quality work and don't stand behind their warranty. In fact, if they know it's a warranty call, they will refuse to even look at the boat without getting a credit card number first. The owner, is rude and dishonorable.
