I had faithfully taken my car here for 3 years for oil changes and routine maintenance. When I needed my timing belt replaced, they first quoted me one price, and then increased the price by $1000 saying I needed other repairs (that I later found out were unnecessary). I agreed to have them work on my car anyway, and it took them ONE MONTH to finish the job, each week saying it would be "done by Monday." No discount, and barely an apology. 4 months later, when driving my car, it died. I took it to a different shop (where I should have gone first), who's first question was "Who did your timing belt? Its a mess."
