Horrible Sew-In.

I visited this location for the first time this year,(I normally go to the Portsmouth location; well I did not get good service. I have had 4 braids to fall out already and my hair has only been braided one week. This has never happened before. I was not happy at all.

I have been going here for years on and off great place!

Do NOT go to this store, if you value your hair!!! These people are completely UN-professional. They demand the money before they provide the service and if you ask around you will find that have the employees aren't licensed beauticians but actually customers who work there to get a discount on their hair braiding. I went there and the two women who where working on my hair actually pulled plugs of hair out of my head. And when I complained to the management about what they were doing she threatend to call the police on me. They wouldn't refund my money and my head hurt for a week. You would get better service if you paid a gorilla to do your hair!

Horrible service. Very unprofessional money hungry people. They are no xperts at all. Asked for money up front and deposit. They should have people pay after service to take ownership for work. They show no pride in their work. False advertise...they say that they work in groups but they actually just work in tag teams. Very disappointed in service. They were unorganized made customers wait even with an appointment. Lack of supplies needed to properly do hair. Do not have a wide selection of colors. The actual braid quality is okay...but the service is terrible.

Horrible...Horrible service..Money hungry business. They charge and arm and leg and beat you in the head too. They try to give you what they want and not what you ask for. No refunds and ask for money up front before service is provided. They take forever say they work in groups but more like tag teams. They switch off which defeats the purpose of fast service. I was very disappointed. I did not get what I asked for only a headache. They forgot about good customer service to keep customers coming back and referring others.
