This company has provided me and my fiance with a total lack of service. They have lost payments, lost faxes of proof of insurance, failed to document several coversations in our file and charged us for insurance despite the several faxes and coversations we have had with them. I would not recommend their services to anybody, and am in the process of selling our vehicle just so that we don't have to deal with this finance company anymore.
