Don't let them catch you unaware! I special ordered hardwood flooring. When it arrived, it was so defective that my contractor would not install it. Carpet One refused to refund my money! Now I am stuck with defective flooring and am out nearly $1,800.00. I was not told that they would not refund my money if the flooring is defective. I don't see how this company can remain in business operating so unconscionably. I have never before done business with a company who would not stand behind the products which they sell.

A tree fell on my home 6months ago. Finally that the repairs are complete I can purchase carpet and flooring. I went in today looking for carpeting for my home and received the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received!!!!!!!! They were rude, not helpful and seems extremely annoyed at my being there. To make matters worse the person helping me was the regional manager!!!!!!! After leaving there my grandson cried and said, "why was that man so mean to you grandma?" I would NOT recommend ANYONE to go to this place! If I could have given no stars I would have, one isn't doing this place enough justice.

Completely incompetent staff and management. They have "NO RETURN" policy. Don't tell you anything about that until you need to return,
