I've rented from Cavalier Land for 3 years and a long 3 years at that. The apartments are great and my neighbors are wonderful... the problem.. The ladies in the office. Never have I experienced respect or general kindness.

Whether I'm asking about lease terms or inquiring about construction Toni seems like she would rather be anywhere else. You would think that keeping a tenant of 3 years would be valuable but Toni makes it her job to be a down right bear to deal with. Even better is that her husband is the property maintenance man so upset her off and oops your issues don't seem to get fixed very quickly. Try to email Marc and surprisingly no reply but Toni is quick to call you back.

My advice, if you must rent from them. Get everything in writing(even tiny things like the change in pet policy) and avoid Toni like the plague!!!
