Poor service

I placed two phone orders for a sandwich. Told them exactly what I did not want on the sub. Both times the subs were delivered and my order was wrong. The 2nd order was even worse, as they had burnt the meat. I decided to go to the Hampton Roads location the other night. I gave my order and clearly explained what I DID NOT want on my sub. The employee repeated it back. Told me it would take 10 minutes. He proceeded to make my sub. Then stops to go take a dinner break and I can see him eating take out ...and I was wondering why I had not been given my food. Then a delivery driver employee comes in and proceeds to finish my sandwich. Except that he put all the things on my sub that I asked not to have. The manager tells me they will make it over and I can keep the first sub. I now wait again...and receive another sub that is made wrong. The manager tells me they will make me another one that is right. I tell her, never mind, gave her backr the two subs that were made wrong and asked for my money back. There was no reason for the errors. The information was given correctly; they were not busy at all; it just shows the lack of dedication to customer service and in producing a quality product.
