Deserves Zero stars. This so called "restaurant" is filthy with rude staff who obviously don't care about customers & show absolutely NO respect to the poor manager who doesn't have his staff under control. He shows no authoritative behavior to keep the restaurant in order. The buffet was not full, the food was dry and barely warm, the salad dressing was a mess and empty bottles, the cucumbers were ROTTEN. No cheese at the station. When asked staff for cheese she told me to ask "her" (pointing to staff going into the bathroom) as she got a cup & helped herself to a drink. When cheese was finally put at station; the cheese & flaked pepper containers were gross - not cleaned. I LEFT AND WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE UNLESS UNDER NEW MGMT WITH NEW STAFF & RESTAURANT COMPLETELY CLEAN WITH FRESH FOOD.

Food was good, a little dirtier (plates could have been cleaner) than preferred. My family and I went on a Tues. around 5 and it wasn't crowded.

i went to the cici's in norfolk on va beach blvd with a group of coworkers i am usually pleased with the service and food but this past week i went in an a pregnant worker named rebecca was terribly rude..i do not know if it is the pregnancy but if it is she needs to be put on maternity leave..i hate to have to take our lunchoen meetings elsewhere but i will if i have to deal with such un professional behavior..
