This dealer never attempted to return my calls until I filed a complaint with the Department of motor vehicle dealer board & BBB. They found D-Motors in violation of Virginia state law 46.2-1575(14) failure to deliver title within reasonable amount of time. This claim was then forwarded to the DMV law enforcement agency for further investigation. To top it off, the automatic transmission that only had 60,000 miles on it went out within a few months after I purchased the car and cost over $3,000 to repair. I can share legal paperwork and repair cost to anyone interested in my claims against D-motors upon request.

Bad experience, initial visit searching for car was fine but after purchase the problems began. My car was doctored up and when it called to confront the issues they never answered or returned my calls. Plus they did not have my title, just ask them to show you car title and chances are they don't have it (red flag). Took way too long to get plates and title for car and never return my calls until I reported them. Highly recommend voiding this place!
