Best CONES in town!

The Doumar's history is everywhere on display at the restaurant and is quite entertaining (esp. if old Mr. Doumar is there!) and the cones are still made by hand - the BBQ is just finely minced, not real hot, gotta get it w/the slaw and hot sauce! It tastes great and brings back memories of high school days at Maury, just behind the restaurant!

A Norfolk Treasure!

Doumar's is part of what makes Norfolk GREAT! I love going here and the service is exceptional! Try the "Ringo" - it's a fun dessert. A secret that only the locals know is that Doumar's sells beer on request.
