Brought in a Jeep about two years ago to these guys and had a new lift kit, wheels tires and a winch. The cost was a bit high, but not outrageous Ike some other reviewers wrote. The best part of my experience was the education the sales staff provided. Chad was my salesman and walked me through the process from start to finish. I knew what I was getting and how it was going go look once done. The install guy went over my Jeep with me upon completion and they even helped load my old parts ( that I sold to my neighbor). Will come back to these guys for sure and have more done in the future (:

Wasn t sure about lifting my new 2016 Silverado , but after stopping into eastern truck and speaking with Chad and the crew there ,decided to have a 6 in lift with custom wheels and tires . Truck looks and rides amazing !!! Thanks guys!! Couldn't be happier with my decision ! Pricey ?? Maybe !! You get what you pay for !!!! Thanks again ! I ll be back !

This place is way overpriced you will be ripped off here. Just look at the reviews I did not buy anything from them and will never go back to them had a horrible experience. Just a warning to all out there you will be taken advantage of especially if you don't know what you are talking about. Shop around ask around and you will understand. O and military friendly yeaaa right all they see is a steady paycheck. Just beware!!!!

THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF BY PEOPLE WHO ACT LIKE THEY CARE BUT ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY. PRICES IN THE SHOP ARE MARKED UP WELL OVER 60% SEE FOR YOURSELF. THEY WILL ACT ALL NICE AND FRIENDLY BUT THATS JUST THEM TRYING TO LURE IN ANOTHER VICTIM INTO THEIR SHOP IM WARNING YOU DONT BE THAT PERSON YOULL SEE IF YOU FALL VICTIM TO THEIR BSSS

If you're reading this review you're probably where I was a couple weeks ago. I want to modify my vehicle, but couldn't decide where I want to take it and who to trust. Well, I cannot say enough about my experience at Eastern Truck and Accessories on Virginia Beach Blvd. From the day I walked in and was greeted by the staff to the day I drove off their lot with my suspension lift, wheels, and tires, I received best in class customer service. Man am I glad I chose ETA. I wasn't just looking for a shop that would lift my JK, I was looking for a partner in building a kick a$$ Jeep. The crew at ETA is as passionate about my Jeep as my wife and me. The guys working there will not pressure you to buy something you don't need or want. They genuinely take the time to get to know their customers and understand what their goals are with their vehicle. While phase one in my build was lift, wheels and tires, I ultimately want to do much more in the months and years to come. I was never pressured to do all my projects immediately. They will work with you at your pace and with your budget (I'm assuming you have a realistic budget). While they may charge more than some other shops in town, do you really want the budget suspension package installed by some kid in a parking lot sitting on a 5 gallon paint can.... (Seriously I saw this during my decision making process)??? I wanted my Jeep to be safe for my wife and kids for years to come and if that costs a few extra bucks it's well worth it. I wanted to know that the shop that helps me build my Jeep will be around to service it for years. Folks the shop must make a profit to keep good employees and perform first class work. We are fortunate to have a business of this caliber in Hampton Roads and I for one will continue to support them on this and future builds. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. In a society where customer service is going the way of the VHS tape, it's nice to know as far as my Jeep goes I've got a partner that I can count on for quality work, best in class customer service, and as much passion for my project as I have. Check these guys out before you pull the trigger elsewhere. ETA is the Real Deal.

I was shopping around at several off road shops and numerous friends recommended ETA so I decided to give them a call. From the moment I talked with a sales associate (Chris), I knew I chose the right shop. Every member of the ETA staff I talked with were very knowledgable and enthusiastic about their work. It's one thing to be a employee of a company, but you can tell when someone is truly passionate about what they do and ETA is definitely the best in the area. Their prices are fair and their work speaks for itself (outstanding). This shop is first class in every aspect of the game and I would recommend anyone to check out ETA for all of your trucking needs. Their facilities are top notch highlighted by one of the nicest/cleanest showrooms in the area. This shop has definitely made a lifelong customer out of me. Just give them a call and you will see what I am talking about. Thanks ETA for all of the extraordinary work!!!

ETA has one of the best shops in the area. However, the cost for parts or work performed there can be outrageous. You can often times expect to pay 50% more for work there vs. other shops. If cost is no barrier use them. I cant complain about the work at all. However, I dont feel the pricing is always fair even if you do get quality work. It's kind of like paying $200 for the best hammer there is. It's still a $200 hammer.

Was told my truck needed ball joints and a wheel bearing to get the alignment right. MY TRUCK ONLY HAS 12,000 miles on it!! I declined the work and was still charged $90 for an alignment that apparently wasn't right. Their tire price that I paid was outrageous. I got my truck aligned at another shop just fine. High priced rip off.

The customer who gave ETA a poor review must be a competitive shop or somebody who doesn't know what they are talking about. I have been using this shop for over 7 years and referred numerous people there as well. If you want the work performed correctly, on time and on budget go check this place out. If you want cheap, go to the other guys.

I've had several vehicles modified at Eastern over the years and have visited all of the other local shops and keep going back to Eastern every time. They are classy, clean, well organized, and have the best mechanics. There is just not another shop in the area in the same league. You can tell by just walking into the show room. They really stand by the products they sell and do first rate work. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for, and when it comes to your vehicle and mods such as suspension components, you want the best and you want it installed correctly. My family's life depends on it. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you don't know what you want, they have a good eye for what looks good and what performs better.
