Provided by YPmobileHorrible service! My first and last time every using flophound as a mode of transportation. As I sit here in the bus station writing this rewview at 1:10am, I kidd you not, was scheduled to leave at 11:00PM, I have NOT seen the driver sense my brief interaction with thise rude lady. She briefly told us to get into line, like children, snatched our tickets and informed us the bus had a flat tire and it will take 30 minutes. Low and behold, 2 hours later, I'm still sitting here looking silly. I havent recieved one update from her. It's terrible communication on her part. Now I see why Greyhound has a bad reputation. This is what I get for being open-minded, don't make the same mistake I did. Pay the extra one-hundred dollars and take the train or ride/take the risk on the Chinese bus;you'll leave ON TIME.

Provided by YP.comWorst service I've ever received in my life. Lost my luggage with $1500 worth of my possessions on it and have done nothing whatsoever to help, not even answering any of the lines connected with the business. When I was boarding, attempting to get my bag ticket the man and women at the counter were incompetent to the point where anything outside of basic human survival would be quantum physics to them. The people who were "customer-service", by which I may add their job is to do nothing but be halfway nice to people and give a little bit of direction, were the rudest human beings you could ever imagine. I realize this is public transportation. I've been to five different greyhound stations and they all were awful, expected, aside from Richmond. They would be better off recruiting people out of local fast food chains as they would fulfill the job task light-years beyond what the people at Norfolk do. Its honestly a joke that this is standard for them as to how a business is ran. I've never written a review on anything in my life as I'd never slander anyone's business out of respect for their life and work. But at this point this has been my worst traveling experience I've ever endured. This is the most unprofessional, incompetent, and by far the worst business in any field by any standard. Maybe one or two people in the building have a little bit of life direction but other than that it seems to be a bunch of neanderthalic time card punchers.

Provided by YP.comAt 7:09 pm Feb 1, 2010 a Grey Hound customer service member was contacted at phone number (757) 625-9478. With all due respect that was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life !!!!!!!!! The person was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, and it is a poor representation of everything they have to offer. The person answered the phone in a rude manner in which catching me by surprise, I had to ask if I have the right number and the answer was yeah. Just simply "yeah". Her attitude was like we were in some type of arguement. It just seemed like she couldn't be talking to me. I continued to be polite for the whole duration of the call, as she finished with her snotty attitude. To fix the problem I suggest they let me talk to customer service that have experience dealing with people, not the janitor.
Thank you
