The customer service at this locations is TERRIBLE. The employees act as if you are bothering them and they don't know how to say thank you, they just hand you your food and walk away. Taking orders and making burgers is really NOT brain surgery but they ALWAYS seem to get your order wrong because they always cut you off when you're trying to order and ask you, "Anything else...?"



This store is also very unsanitary and when I looked up their health code violations, it confirmed my suspicions. This location was found to have 5 health code violations- 2 being critical and repeated offenses.

Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.



4-602.13 The nonfood contact surface of the outside of microwave, bun toaster, outside of fryers, and hoses above chicken fryer, had accumulations of grime and debris.

Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
