Stay far away from this place. the management pressures you to buy additional services for you car by lying to you about things they say are wrong with your car..I only went there because they had a "Winner Best of Norfolk" sign out front.. I needed new tires, but they showed me the front rotars on my car and said they were pitted, and needed new ones, what a lie, they in good condition, with normal wear. I did buy brake pads that had a lifetime warranty, but several months later I heard this loud thumping sound coming from my brakes, it sounded and felt like I had a flat tire when I stepped on the brakes. I took the car to the dealer, and was told the after market brakes they installed not only did not fit my car, but were improperly installed. Save your money, and a lot of troubles, drive by this establishment.
