JoyJoy Beauty is greedy and don't respect their consumers business and money. I brought some cosmetic jewelry from them like I always do spending my money I work hard for in that store. This time a necklace was broken and I didn't realize it until I got home. When I tried to do a simple exchange the greedy husband and wife said no, all sales finally on jewelry they thought I didn't have a receipt because at first they asked, but I did so they had to come up with a another type of lie to not help me. They sold me faulty goods and didn't care to help me resolve the problem. Please go elsewhere people these type of people that take our money and are careless and ungrateful of our loyal business needs to be stop. If your looking for good prices on hair or products shop online at wigtypes.com they have discounts 80% lower than these ripoff stores are selling them to us. Leave JoyJoy beauty disgusting, greedy, prejudiced place alone! The owner is an awful animal. Wigtypes.com have affordable prices and great customer service. Never will JoyJoy Beauty get a dime I work hard for.
